What We Do
- Deliver first drafts of the projects (in most cases) in 1-2 working days.
- Get the revision done and send it within 24 hours.
- Offer unlimited revisions to ensure the video aligns with your vision.
- Edit videos without a limit on the length (longer turnarounds for lengthier videos).
- Provide unlimited stock music and footage without any additional cost.
- 3D or 2D animation.
- Use top-end software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition,and more for your editing projects.
What We Don,t
- Record voiceovers
- Record screens to take screenshots
- Provide independent (create) assets like music, stock footage, or motion graphics.
- Custom, complex, or excessive motion graphics.
- Edit wedding videos
- Write scripts/content from scratch
- Graphics design
- Sound design
- Complicated color grading
What may lead to a delayed turnaround time
- More than 50 GB of raw footage. In case you’re uploading more than 150 GB worth of videos, make sure to use proxies.
- Complex editing work or longer video run time.
- Custom captioning on the video.
- Considerably high number of revisions.
- 4k, 6k, or 8k footage submission without proxies.
- Open-ended and vague instructions without a clear goal or roadmap.
- Techniques like rotoscoping that require highly complex editing with detail and fine-tuning.
- Sending video assets or notes to the project manager instead of sharing them via the video revision tool.
- Reopening orders without an editing activity over 45 days.
Other Crucial Things to Know
- You cannot replace a full-time video editor with the Basic plan.
- If a stock asset is not available in our paid library, we are not liable to source it from elsewhere.You can provide us with the asset as you get the license.
- In case of sharing files via Dropbox, one root folder should contain all sub-folders, including assets and footage.
- We care for your deadline and fulfill the rush requests the best way we can. However, we do not promise a faster turnaround time than 2 working days and a revision time of 24 hours. We would request you to plan accordingly and set deadlines in line with the timeline we’ve provided. We always provide project files in case you want to make tweaks at the last moment after we have finished working.
- In case you submit multiple video requests, they will be in a queue, where we will start with one and move to the other videos one by one.
- If a project/order has no editing activity for 45 days or more, Editonix can delete the files, media, and all related assets from our portal and server. It is suggested to download your files and exports while informing us about the approval of a project.
- We have a list of holidays, followed throughout the year. Here’s the holiday list you can refer to in order to make plans accordingly:
